Here you will find information about our facility rentals. To reserve space, please complete the appropriate form below and give/send it to the Administrative Assistant along with applicable fees. If approved, arrangements for a temporary key will be made.

  • Gymnasium - 15 Village Green Lane -THE GYMNASIUM IS NOT AVAILABLE TO RENT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
  • Large Meeting Room (Select Board Room) - 15 Village Green Lane
  • Singer Center (Grange Hall) - 18 Village Green Lane 

 

Please note: You should be familiar with our Town Property Ordinance when renting Town facilities.

  Town Meeting Calendar

When planning your rental, please take into consideration that the Town uses its facilities for various events, meetings and programs such as Select Board meetings, Planning Board & Appeals Board meetings, Various Committee meetings, Annual Town Meeting, etc. The Town Meeting Calendar will help identify vacancies, but is not a comprehensive schedule of bookings. You will need to check availability with the Community Activites Director or Administrative Assistant. Thank you.
