Kents Landing Park and Public Boat Launch Bid - CLOSED (Select Board to review and vote on Nov. 25th 2024)

The Town of Naples invites sealed bids for the survey, assessment and proposed redesign of Kents Landing Park and Public Boat Launch.  To be considered return a sealed envelope addressed to Jason Rogers, Town Manager, PO Box 1757, Naples, ME 04055 with ENGINEERING SERVICES clearly indicated on the outside of the envelope.  Bids must be submitted on the required form.  The sealed bids need to be received by the Town by noon on November 20, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.  No bids will be accepted after the stated time and date.  Bid award is contingent upon Select Board approval and will be presented  at the Select Board meeting on November 25, 2024.

Legion Fields Recreation Area Bid - CLOSED (NO BIDS RECEIVED)

Comprehensive Plan Bid - Awarded to Berry Dunn 9/9/2024

 The Town of Naples (“the Town”) seeks proposals from qualified and experienced professional consultants or consultant firms to work with the Town, its staff, Boards, and committees to prepare a Comprehensive Plan, including an Executive Summary, Implementation Plan, and Land Use Map through a public driven process. The Town’s current Comprehensive Plan was last updated in May 2006.  Current comprehensive plan and zoning maps can be found on the Town’s website:  https://www.townofnaples.org/

Bids will be presented in person at a regularly scheduled Select Board meeting on August 12, 2024.  Refer to complete RFP for presentation requirements.
